Terms of Service
I am offering digital art commissions. By purchasing a commission, the commissioner agrees to my terms of service:I will draw original characters or fan art in my style. I will not draw real people, gore, or NSFW. I reserve the right to decline any commission.Clear visual references are required. For complex designs, I may take artistic liberties and simplify them.Under no circumstance may the art be used in NFT, blockchain, or AI-related endeavors.
USAGE
The art is for personal use only (e.g. cropped as an icon, wallpaper, banner, printed out, etc.). When posting to socials, credit is appreciated, but not necessary.I retain full rights to the artwork and may use it as I see fit (e.g. post to social media, my portfolio, etc).For commercial pricing, please email me at [email protected].DELIVERABLES
Commissions will be delivered digitally as 3 JPEGs: hi-res, web-sized, & glazed web-sized.COMMUNICATION
After payment through Ko-fi, all communication will be via email.TURNAROUND
Normal commissions: 4 weeks from email confirmation and receipt of references. I will provide a sketch for feedback within 2 weeks of confirmation. Commissions will be completed within 2 weeks of receipt of sketch feedback. Major adjustments may extend the turnaround time."Surprise Me" doodle commissions: 1 week from receipt of payment and references. No sketch or feedback phases are included.Commissioners will be notified of any delay.REVISIONS
For normal commissions, there will be 2 phases for feedback and adjustment; first is when the sketch is submitted for approval (major revisions ok), and second is when the completed piece is submitted (minor revisions only).For "Surprise Me" commissions, there will be no revisions. Only small corrections (e.g. missing face marking) will be made to the completed piece.REFUNDS
